Now I'm not a huge reader of articles, books, or even blogs. However upon stating that, it doesn't mean I can't nor don't have an opinion on them. I can appreciate a well written blog or even see the point of one though it may not be my taste or interest personally. Although, I did found three that peaked my interest, all with at least one highlight and lowlight to them according to me. So, will all that being said, lets get into it!
Blog #1 - Rainbow Plant Life

This blog discusses food from a vegan perspective. Giving insight to vegan recipes and how you can make them yourself. Nisha (the author) gives a information about herself. What she did before she started this blog and why she went vegan back in 2016. I enjoy this because its give a little bit of an inside to her and her passion. This allows the reader to connect with her audience on a more personal level and see what she is all about. Thus, conveying her purpose for writing this, to make vegan recipes more accessible, fun, and tasty!
I also enjoy how organized it is, making it easy for the reader/audience to follow along with. She has multiple options for food choices, whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, or sauces to name a few. Something you wouldn't even think twice of, like ranch dressing for example, can be made vegan! In addition to that the diet choices are provided too, gluten, soy, and nut free recipes. Even seasonal options too, very creative and extremely helpful!
I also enjoyed how she keeps it professional, but adds a lot of relevant pictures as for it to not be a solid block of reading. However, I will say it does seem "cluttered" in terms of there is a lot to look at, upon clicking on the page for the recipe. She provides extra details like an intro, what to pair it with, and frequently asked questions. While all technically relevant to the recipe, to some it may be irritating if you're wanting to start it immediately. Luckily, she provides a "jump to the recipe" button for those who are just wanting to start. Smart idea for those who are impatient!(all pictures used are taken directly from the website)

They blog about all types of relationships (as pictured below). Which is why I enjoy this page most. Instead of focusing on one type of relationship and from only one person, they cover a broad range, all from different authors. Even better, you are able to read about the other authors and their backgrounds to verify credibility. Giving the reader a more personal connection with any new blog they read from a new individual. This is allowing the reader to make sure they are reading from a credible source with every new page, giving comfort and building even more trust.
Hello, I can definitely agree with you on I'm not the biggest fan of blogs myself. However, I really like the way you laid out your blog and how well it is organized. I loved the pictures that you provided to make your points. I will be checking in on your blog to draw some inspiration from it. You seem really good at blogging, keep it up.
