I have been painting my nails for years now. I have gone to nail salons to get pedicures and manicures. I have painted my friend's and sister's nails. #4 - Upside Down Skateboard _o̰______o̰_

 

Hello hello, welcome back! Today I am writing about skateboards, more specifically to inform you about the anatomy of a skateboard. Back in high school, I did a bit of skateboarding with friends. While it was mostly for cruising, I did educate myself on the parts of a board and their purpose. With not much else to say really, let's get right into it!

    Piercings are growing more and more in popularity. Before not many people had piercings. Frequently looked down upon, much like tattoos or really any body mods, piercings still have negative traits and ideologies attached to them. However, piercings are nothing to be afraid nor ashamed of. 

    So hear my rant about them and the knowledge I have collected over the years. Who knows you might learn something new and it might possibly inspire you to get your first piercing or even your next one!

#1 - Huh... a blog about blogs

 

      Now I'm not a huge reader of articles, books, or even blogs. However upon stating that, it doesn't mean I can't nor don't have an opinion on them. I can appreciate a well written blog or even see the point of one though it may not be my taste or interest personally. Although, I did found three that peaked my interest, all with at least one highlight and lowlight to them according to me. So, will all that being said, lets get into it!

    Hello, I am Machine. While it is my preferred name, Marcus is acceptable as well. I use any pronouns and was born April 26, 2004 in Phoenix, Arizona. I am a Taurus and have lived here my whole life. I live with my mom, two older sisters, and two ferrets. My American bulldog, Lucy, while still apart of this family, has just passed away recently as of Thursday September 1, 2022. 

    I have gained many interests and hobbies over the years. Some I am more refined and knowledgeable in, others I am still learning. To name some would include: 

• Traditional drawing (non-digital) 
• Painting (watercolor, acrylic, markers) 
• Shopping (online or in person) 
• Makeup (glam, horror, creepy, new techniques, new products, etc.) 
• Fashion design and history (new and old trends, period pieces specifically victorian gothic) 
• Sewing (by hand until I buy a machine) 
• Embroidery (recently learned) 
• Singing (although not well I am improving) 
• Dancing (amateur as well but improving) 
• Music (emo, goth, punk, classical, disco, oldies, rock n roll, pop, alternative, indie and more) 
• Video games (Overwatch, Apex, A Plagues Tale, The Last of Us, Dying Light, Days Gone, etc.)
• Board games (Insider, Paranormal Detectives, Uno, Cards Against Humanity, Checkers, etc.) 
• Photography (mostly of me, but occasionally friends) 
• Movies (majority horror but I enjoy all genres) 
• Working out (weight lifting, walking, running, or biking)
• Ice skating (big rink, good prices, AZ Ice Peoria | Ice Skating, Figure, Hockey, Food & Drink) 
• Piercings (jewelry, healing process, pain levels, etc.) 
• Tattoos (different styles, placements, pain levels, personal experiences, etc.)
• Anime (not as crazy about it as before but still watch it from time to time)

    I have many pet peeves, but for the sake of time and energy, I will just list my top two. Number one, speaking to me when I have BOTH earbuds in. No I am not against talking with others, I actually really love to talk since I rarely do. However, if I have both my earbuds in, it is a pretty strong sign that I am busy and focusing or not interested in conversating. However, if I take an earbud out (or just have one in anyway) it means I am open to talking. Number two is when people shout stuff at me. Listen I am not dumb, I look odd, I know this. But that has no concern with you or anyone around you. If you see my odd look as an attack on you, therefore feeling the need to shout stuff at me, don't. It's not that it hurts, it's just annoying. If you are gonna insult me make it creative at least. The countless times I have heard the phrase, "Is that your Halloween costume?" is ridiculous. Insult me better people c'mon. 

    Some of my other goals are still in development. As of now I plan to pass all my classes with an "A+". Then in the future, graduate from a university in fashion design. Not sure which one yet, still working on it. In the long run I want to make my very own line/brand, online and an in person store, but probably online first. In general though, the main overall goal is to not die? I guess like most people anyway, so do with that information what you will. 

    I think all the things I literally just exposed about myself is what makes me unique. I am the only one living my life and who can live my life anyway. My experiences, creativity, transparency, emotions, strengths, weaknesses, morals, values, thoughts, and actions are mine and mine alone. I am my sole representation. I am the only one rooting for myself. No one else does it like me and that's what I bring to the table. Plus I just do it so well. <3

Besides no one puts in as much effort as I do that eventually leads to such a big burn out and a mental breakdown. Prime example is this, I wrote and did way too much, whoops, I'll pay for it later.
